I am a Intuitive Hypnotherapist, Reiki, Breath Practitioner & Enlightenment Coach in the Okanagan who helps people heal from trauma, habitual behavior, uneasiness, sleep insomnia and more. I enhance many areas of life by going through the subconscious mind, finding those exact moments of trauma, and guiding you through healing.
How Hypnotherapy Works
We begin the session with you sitting or laying down to get into a relaxed physical and mental state.
I will help guide you into a deep relaxation where you are fully calm and at peace.
Once completely relaxed, your conscious mind will step back and your subconscious mind will step forward.
I guide you back to specific memories allowing the process of reprogramming positive emotions to begin.

- Stage hypnotists are VERY different then a clinical hypnotherapist. I take my job very serious and I am here to heal not play games with people.

Hypnotherapy is a lot like meditation in fact Hypnotherapy and meditation are both a guided journey most people don’t realize this but you are the one placing yourself into hypnosis I just guide you. Just like meditation you do it all by yourself.
