Soul Circles

Create space to live in your highest vibration and to free yourself from burdens or baggage.

This circle has been created with many favoured modalities that help heal, ground you and support sobriety.

What to expect:

There is nothing to fear, our facilitators ‘got’ you!

-You will learn tools to let go of stress or negativity in a healthy way

-You can use these modalities on your own anywhere

-You will be able to let loose without judgement

-You will learn to move through your stuff it will feel hard or difficult but I will help guide you

-You will feel joy and relaxation and excitement upon leaving

-You will feel FREE

This circle will involve:

Group meditation/hypnosis for relaxation
Breath work to release whatever is no longer serving you
Ecstatic  dance 
Group reiki

This beautiful circle will provide Connection with your tribe and spiritual community
