What does this mean?

Childhood trauma can vary from person to r person it can mean many different things to each of us. Childhood trauma can be anywhere from physiological to physical trauma. Trauma comes in many forms and in many perspectives; none should be undermined. Having childhood trauma is a serious issue and effects most people whether they think it does or not. Many root causes that become triggered or surface as an adult stem back to childhood. Most people are unaware until it becomes a bigger issue. Maybe you had a great childhood, but you perceived things very differently than your siblings or you went through a nasty divorce.

 

We all hold stories from our childhood that may hold us back and keep us stuck. Many symptoms that surface in adulthood come from things we have went through as a child, and we store them, and we believe them. We all know our parents were doing the best with what they knew but this can still leave a deep impact on us. Most of our stories and our belief systems are built from the ages of 0-7 this is also a time when we are sponges and we store all these stories and beliefs.

Once we store them, we live by them even if they are toxic and not fulfilling. And one day you may just realize that you have anxiety or depression, or fears and you wonder where they came from or when. Also, you may have certain fears or beliefs and not understand where they came from or how. Most of the time it stems from childhood. 


This is where hypnotherapy comes in handy, and it can help relieve the issues. Once we have an idea of when you recently felt that way, we will use it as a starting point to follow. I will guide you to the exact moment or root cause of the symptom by using emotions/feelings from this first current incident. Here we will do healing whether that is forgiveness or hearing some words to let go of the hurt allowing you to find the exact moments you need so you can leave that memory with the success of healing and feeling happy. Once you come out of this memory and the session you will no longer feel any of the pre-existing symptoms or feelings.

 

You will have Completely rewired and reprogrammed that memory or experience. Hypnotherapy will allow you to put down the stories or let go of the hurt and move forward. Let the past stay in the past and allow yourself to be free of those outdated stories and feelings 

You no longer have to carry them in this current lifetime.

What To Expect

Hypnotic Power provides a safe, relaxing and judgment free environment. When you first come in for a session we will start by having a half hour consult to discuss your symptoms and issues you’re wanting help with. After our consultation you will lay down on the massage bed and get into a comfy relaxing state as i begin the sesison.

It’s important to be in a clear and calm mindset to go in a deep trance where we can reach directly to the subconscious mind.

Your eyes will be closed and you may feel some heaviness. It may even feel like you can move but if you needed to you would be able to.

Letting go is the best way to enjoy a hypnosis session.

The goal of hypnosis is to reach your subconscious through relaxing and shutting off your conscious mind.

As an Intuitive Hypnotherapist Tara will guide you through the session step by step. It is important to remember you can not be hypnotized if you do not wish to be and or if you have not given permission. You will never do or say anything you don’t want to. As the session reaches a conclusion I will guide you back to a normal state where you will typically be left feeling at peace and rejuvenated.
