This is such a beautiful dance where you literally dance how you want without judgement or worries

Dancing is so empowering and freeing and an amazing way to release and let go of whatever is no longer serving you
Most people associate dancing with partying, drinking and drugs or the Club
with partying, drinking and drugs or the ClubNOT NO more
we are all grown up and wanna still dance but not at a club and not intoxicated
We have created this beautiful space for you to come and enjoy dancing without the rest of the crap lol
Come enjoy dancing sober I promise you’ll get a HIGH naturally off the endorphins that are released during this ecstatic dance!!!!!!

NOTE-We will be stopping periodically to do breath work for releasing of energy and things that no longer serve us
